As the curtain drew around you, it was as though my life was flashing before my eyes, but it was only the things I remembered about you...
Your bright blue irish eyes.. Your cheeky smile.. Getting the loose change in your pockets to buy some sweets.. Christmas at yours.. Our little jokes
But the one memory that sticks out the most was the fairy ring.
One morning when we were visiting you.. I must have been 4 yrs old. You were in the garden, potting around. And all of a sudden you came hurrying inside, "Ellen, Ellen come quick!" and
Closure.Realisation has hit. I don’t need you. I want you.Closure.
But, I really don’t need you. The truth is, you’re not good for me, you make me paranoid & crazy, sad & stressed, and it’s getting me sick. I’ve spent enough time worrying and caring what you think, how you are, who you’re with, blah blah blah. It’s your turn now, I’m sick and tired of making the effort. It’s tiring and never that satisfying.
